I recently came across an issue in my lab where I mistyped the network details during the vRO appliance deployment. Post further research found about this command-line utility which helps in updating/changing the network information on vRealize photon-based virtual appliances.
This article provides information about using the configure-network command-line utility.
Below is the list of photon appliances where you can update the network information:
vRSLM
vIDM
vRO
vRLI
vROPS
You can use the below command to update the network information:
/opt/vmware/share/vami/vami_config_net NOTE: This command is the same for all the above-mentioned appliances.
With this command, you get multiple options which you can use accordingly to update the specific information
